The Digital Associate Account Manager is a client facing position as part of our class-leading client services team. We are looking for a self-starter who: has a strong customer-service mindset, is highly organized, has excellent communication and people skills, is highly motivated to learn, is a consummate team player, and loves working in a fast-paced environment. The position involves building and managing client relationships, overseeing work team of subordinates and supervising work output across the organization to enable flawless execution and client satisfaction. The applicant should be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment. The applicant should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be adept as internalizing and distilling issues and providing real-time guidance to team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
